Today is Easter. The day millions of Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus; the Christ. The man who embodied Christ Consciousness. The prophets spoke of this messenger, a man who would show, “the way”. The way of another kingdom. A man who would be both God and Man.

I do not know why, but I was born a spiritual seeker. I do not remember a time when I wasn’t seeking or having experiences. It has been my reality to connect with realms we cannot see or touch, “so I know there is more. And want to ask you today, “What if there is more? What if you are more?”

I spent 20 years in Christianity. I am close to Jesus, but do not take on the identity of Christian. A long story for another day.

On this day of celebration, I am contemplating about him, Jesus. I am filled with questions. What if Jesus is more? More than what we understand him to be? What if his message was that YOU are more?

His message was that he and the Father are ONE. Could it be that his message also is that you are his brothers and sisters? Would that mean that YOU are one with the Father and Christ? Would that mean that YOU are DIVINE? If so, how does that change his message for you?

Would it mean that his message and actions were exposing the constructs and systems of the day? Exposing them as false, unnecessary and rooted in fear? Lording over the masses with control, power and greed using fear to keep the status quo? If so, what does that mean about the constructs and systems of today?

Jesus came as a messenger with the message of love as the way of manifesting the Kingdom of Heaven on earth! Repeatedly throughout the bible it is the lesson of love as a way of conquering fear. Jesus not only spoke his message, but he embodied it. He lived this truth, owned it and so was able to impart it powerfully through every word and action. Showing love to each situation as needed; whether that was clearing the temple, calling Pharisees a brood of vipers, healing or forgiving.

He exposed the false constructs of religion, governments, sects, finances and health care for what they were. Systems of this world. Systems that man created and placed upon the world his father created as “good” and complete.

When he spoke of being “born again” was he speaking of awakening, enlightenment, seeing beyond this reality? Was it a metaphor of being aware of who we really are? Waking up to the truth of our Divine nature?

The world, the church, politicians use this man, Jesus, to keep us looking outside ourselves for answers. When Jesus was pointing in. He said, “the kingdom of heaven is within you”.

Yet, 2,000 years later religion has you looking to a God outside of yourself, asking him into your heart and looking outside like a beggar praying for scraps from your father’s table. All the while Jesus said, “it’s inside you, you are one with me, I am one with God”.

Psalm 82:6 “you are gods, you are all sons of the most High”.

When I mention such things, inevitably the question of salvation comes up. What about the cross, the death and resurrection. What about it?  What if that moment fulfilled what it needed to? Jesus said, he came to the Jewish. They had the belief of blood sacrifice. His mission, message, purpose here addressed the constructs of that time. He destroyed those constructs by fulfilling them to the letter. Beliefs based in fear of an angry god who required blood. Old constructs we have long ago out grown, appeasing gods….is that the god of Love Jesus knew and demonstrated? No, it was their god. He often broke the rules of their god, healing on the sabbath to expose it as false and point to something greater, a truth we all know within.

Constructs are beliefs that exist in our mind and they shape our reality by our choices. We have constructs of religion, politics, finance, medicine, country, sex, relationships etc. and they are often based in fear; survival, protecting the ego/self.

What if being born again as, Jesus said, means seeing the truth of this? Allowing the ego to die, so your Spirit, your true self, can shine forth in the frequency of heaven (other realms of consciousness)?

Jesus said, “you will do much greater things than this”! He was so much more than a savior and go between us and god. He was saying you are more too.

If we stepped into the reality Jesus spoke of and demonstrated, we would no longer depend on the systems of this world. We would no longer live enslaved to fear, even the fear of death. We would see the illusion of it all as Buddha taught and end our suffering.

Now, we are sitting inside our houses, looking outside ourselves for answers, hope, help, and salvation. What if Jesus was right? And the answers are inside yourself? What if you have “magic, miracles, the Kingdom of Heaven” inside you? What if you are Divine light and love and when you are in alignment with the truth of who you are you can manifest the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth?
