Adoptees have a unique lived experience that no one else can relate to; being relinquished at birth or shortly after, carrying an origin wound that they cannot recall, but their body remembers, having two families, a biological one and another that they are to be grateful for. They grow up living in the liminal space of these two families, navigating trauma, finding identity and home. These are raw stories of pain, loss, grief, adoption truth as experienced by adoptees and trying to reclaim life and find home.
